There are three options to consider:

Temporary Staffing: We fill temporary assignments such as one day, one week, etc. If someone is on vacation or sick, we can fill that position so the office or workplace can keep running smoothly.

Temporary to Hire: We will recruit, screen and place employees on a "temp-to-hire track" that creates the opportunity for both you and the candidate to evaluate the employment fit. Normally, the employee continues on Staffing Solutions, Ltd. payroll for up to 90 days, but can stay on our payroll as long as you want. You then have the option of employing the candidate into a position on your payroll with no added placement fee.

Direct Placement: We also have the expertise to recruit, screen and present potential candidates for direct placement. You review the qualifications, interview and select pre-screened employees for regular positions within your company. We assist you in managing your search. Placement fees are commensurate with the skills and level of the position.

VALUE POSITION

You get the value of an experienced professional to solve your staffing needs. We believe you are willing to pay a reasonable fee for filling open positions with dependable qualified employees. As a variable cost, our alternative is a solution that will streamline and support your in-house recruitment function. You can then direct your time to managing other business demands more effectively.

Our competitive billing rates are calculated based upon the type of position you wish to fill. Included in the rate are gross payroll costs, FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, and Staffing Solutions, Ltd’s profit margin.
